Small business coaching in Melbourne with Amy Voller
You’re not a number to me
I partner with you to bring out the best in your business. This means less stress, more income and a better life for you as a business owner.
Ready to work with a small business coaching expert who takes the time to get to know you and your business? That’s me, Amy Voller.
I intentionally limit the number of people I work with so I can give them my undivided time and attention.
It’s the only way to get the results I want to deliver (and you expect).

My values underpin my mission to help more women in business achieve more success
My story begins twenty years ago. I left Australia with my masters of marketing — just for a year.
I’d spent seven years with Telstra, as part of the CEO Leadership & Graduate program. I headed away for a brief overseas adventure (or so I thought).
Surprisingly, fourteen years later, I was still in Europe, alongside my Dutch husband and my two daughters (only one inherited my incredibly curly hair).
I loved living abroad, and had the pleasure of working with leading brands like Royal Bank of Scotland, British Telecom and Britax.
After more than a decade in Europe, my husband and I agreed that it was time to call Australia home. So we arrived back in Melbourne and I got to work consulting. My focus was sharing my international perspective and strategic nous by identifying niches, understanding market trends and strategically launching new offers. Business flowed, and I was in steady demand, due to strong positive word of mouth.
But along came 2020, and suddenly, things got tough
Some clients were forced to let me go, which was challenging personally and financially. Even harder for me was the unsettling realisation that while I was great at giving advice on diversifying business, I had failed to do it for myself.
At the same time, I realised smaller business clients were far more rewarding for me. Turns out, helping make rich companies even richer has an expiry date. The events of 2020 inspired me to take action. I felt that it was my responsibility to offer affordable small business coaching services to people who need me most (and who I most enjoy working with).
